This research not only provided me with valuable insights into hybrid drying technologies but also enhanced my analytical and problem-solving skills. My research contributions have been recognized with awards for Best Poster Presentation and Best Oral Presentation at international and national conferences, respectively. I have also authored research publications in reputable journals, showcasing my commitment to advancing knowledge in the field of food science.
