control, labeling, and Plant cleanliness & Sanitation , process control on the shop floor.
● Supervised and mentored food handlers on GMPs and GHPs. Supported manufacturing facilities during FSSC
recertification third party audit and assisted in corrective actions as necessary.
● Acquired in-depth knowledge of industry concepts such as HACCP, Food Defense, labeling regulations, and
SOPs. Developed posters and presentations to raise awareness among food handlers about various food safety
topics
