I'm a postgraduate in Food Processing and Technology. I've done an Integrated B.tech + M.tech in the same field from Gautam Buddha University. During my course, I've gone through internships and training in various prestigious food industries. I also took part in workshops, conferences, and training sessions, of which one is the FoSTaC food safety supervisor. In my master's, I did my major project from CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru, Karnataka on the topic "Quality Characteristics of Cupcakes having Oats and Psyllium Husk as Bakery Shortening Replacer". After college, I joined DFM Foods Ltd, and worked in their R&D department, quality as well as production departments. After that, I joined Testbook Edu. Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where I worked as a Subject Matter Expert in Food Technology and published mock tests for competitive exams for the position of food safety officer. Currently, I'm actively looking for an opportunity in the food industry to enhance my skills and gain more knowledge.
