I have undergone 2-month internship in the Production and Quality departments at Britannia Industries Limited, Khordha unit. I have gained intensive hands-on experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment. The objective is to provide comprehensive exposure to the entire manufacturing cycle, from raw material inspection to final product packaging, with a core focus on operational efficiency and maintaining the company's stringent quality and food safety standards. I have also learnt about HACCP, testing and analysis of raw materials and packaging defects. Also I have worked on two projects "Wrapper Wastage and reduction" from Production Department and "Analysis, testing, packaging of raw materials" from the Quality Department. My mentors provided positive feedback and helped me to improve throughout the internship. Overall, my internship at Britannia Industries Limited was a valuable learning experience that prepared me for a career in the FMCG industry.
