Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
• Conducted extensive stability and shelf-life studies for new and existing products, resulting in 15+ shelf-life
recommendations and development of standardized SOPs to enhance product longevity and safety.
• Led the development and optimization of new food products and processes, ensuring alignment with company
guidelines and market demands, including both domestic and international markets.
• Worked on packaging-related compliance, including designing nutrition panels as per international (GCC) and FSSAI
regulations, contributing to regulatory packaging requirements and product labelling.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control, R&D, and supply chain, to grade finished products
based on physical and chemical parameters and maintain documentation in line with food safety standards.
• Conducted consumer research and sensory evaluations, prepared detailed analytical reports and trained sensory panels
to support product development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Played a key role in supplier development and scale-up activities, including planning for new plant infrastructure and
aligning vendor capabilities with product needs.
• Contributed to 5+ new product developments for both Indian and international markets, including nutritional profiling
to support packaging content and health claims.
