Profile summary:
I’m a postgraduate in M.Sc (Hons.) Food Science Technology and Processing, with a strong interest in developing innovative, sustainable food products. Over the past year, I’ve had the chance to work closely on real-world research and product development projects that helped me turn academic knowledge into hands-on experience.
I spent six-months as a Research Assistant at Amity University, Punjab where I focused on Valorization od Brewer’s Spent Grain, a brewing industry by-product into functional ingredients for healthier food options like eggless gluten-free muffins. This experience gave me practical skills in food formulation, texture analysis, and nutritional enhancement.
I also completed a one-month of online internship in New Product Development with Space Food Club (ISRO Tutor, where I explored space food innovations and future-ready food systems.
I’m passionate about using food science to solve real problems from reducing food waste to improving nutrition and I’m now looking forward to roles in product development, food quality or sustainable innovation..
