This opportunity will help me grow my real world experience in the food tech & related industries & further develop and refine my skills.In my two years at Lucknow University, I’ve completed a great deal of coursework practices including proximate analysis where I have learned and applied skills such as moisture ,fat, carbohydrates, sugar analysis, adulteration tests in milk, pepper, oil, turmeric. Identification of synthetic colour etc. In addition,during my 3rd semester I did summer training from Rfrac (Regional Food and Research Analysis center) in Food security and microbial analysis.It also helped me grow my skills.For 4th semester final M.sc thesis I have completed my 3 months internship from Danbro By Mr.Brown In which I developed muffin using food industry by-products.
