As a Master’s graduate in Food Technology, I bring an enthusiastic, inventive, and inquisitive approach
to Food & Beverage product development, sensory studies and consumer science. From my early years,
I’ve been adept at discerning various ingredients and flavors, fueling my fervent interest in exploring
how food and drinks are experienced sensorially. My ambition is to craft healthy, nutritious and yet eco-
friendly (sustainability) products, and I am dedicated to understanding consumer preferences and
insights through fruitful engagement interactions. With a strong foundation in sensory science and a
commitment to sustainable development, my goal is to forge innovative, health-oriented products that
