- Lead & manage projects related to New Product Development (NPD) and production
methodology.
- Managed documentation related to R&D and Quality processes.
- Researched in formulation of food for Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals, food for
special dietary purpose, bakery products, cereals and cereal based milling products,
chocolate and confectionery, sweeteners, snacks & savories.
- Working on the regulatory aspect to design the labels of the product according to the
compliances.
- Creating the product data according to the compliances and revising them at fixed
intervals.
- Conducting third-party audits and internal audits along with making reports.
- Studying methods to improve the sensorial aspect of foods, like flavor, color, texture,
nutritional value, convenience, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition
of foods.
- Conduct sensory evaluation and proximate analysis of the finished products
- Supporting the team to develop products at low cost by identifying vendors & dealing in
third-party manufacturing & managing contract manufacturing.
- Deepened understanding of ISO & FSMS to handle the quality, safety and efficiency of
products, services and systems which helped me support the production management
efficiently
