I am post graduated in Food Technology from NDRI Karnal and a year of experience in research and development at CSIR NIIST Institute in Trivandrum.
My academic background has equipped me with a solid foundation in food science, food safety, and food processing. During my tenure at CSIR NIIST Institute, I had the privilege of working on diverse food formulation projects, where I developed valuable hands-on experience in quality control, laboratory analysis, optimizing formulations to improve product shelf life and sensory attributes.
