I have completed my M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from Lovely Professional University with a CGPA of 7.78/10. My academic background includes a B.Sc. in Botany from Shivaji University, Kolhapur. During my academic journey, I have gained hands-on experience through various internships and projects. I have interned at Delightful Gourmet Pvt. Ltd- Licious, Bengaluru, where I was responsible for production management, online quality control, and packaging material analysis. I have also interned at the Indian Institute of Food Processing Technology, Thanjavur, where I gained advanced knowledge about food quality and safety systems, non-thermal processing, novel food packaging trends, storage and handling advances, and emerging trends in food technology. Additionally, I have interned at the Food Regulation and Compliance Centre, New Delhi, where I learned about GAP, GMP, GHP, HACCP internal auditing, and FSMS plan practical implementation for the food industry. I have worked on various projects, including the development of candy by using kokum (Garcinia indica choisy) fruit rinds and Phytochemical Screening and Antibacterial Potential of Trigonella foenum graecum-L. seed extract. I have also published an article in the Journal of Food Biochemistry on Bioactive compounds, bio-functional properties, and food applications of Garcinia indica.
