With a background in Food Technology and hands-on experience in new product development, food safety systems, sensory studies, and ingredient functionality, I’ve learned how to turn ideas into products people actually want on their plates, safe, delicious, and accessible.
I’ve worked across research, QA, and product innovation environments, and I genuinely enjoy the process: experimenting, analyzing failures, tweaking formulations, running trials, aligning with standards like HACCP and ISO 22000, and finally seeing a product move closer to commercialization. I’m especially passionate about convenience-focused food solutions, because food should include people, not exclude them.
