Currently serving as Head – R&D and NPD at India’s largest manufacturer and exporter of tropical fruit pulps and concentrates, including mango, papaya, guava, tomato (aseptic and canned), as well as green/red chili purees, Green Chiili Paste , Ginger Paste , Garlic Paste and tamarind paste.
