Profile summary:
I am a Postgraduate in Biochemistry (Regular Course) and TQM (through distance education). I am having an experience of around 16 years in QA/QC, new product development, audits, training and consultancy fields of food processing and beverage industries. I have completed various certification training mainly IRCA approved FSSC 22000 lead auditor, ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor, ISO 45001:2018 Awareness, FoSTaC Advanced manufacturing, CIEH Level-3 in supervising food safety, ServSafe (USA) Instructor and proctor etc. Conducted around 600 plus man-days of food safety, hygiene and facility audits. Conducted more than 80 accredited and non-accredited trainings and completed around 30 FSMS consultancy projects in food processing, catering and retail industries. I am familiar with productivity and quality improvement tools like TPM, SPC, 7 QC tools etc. I am conversant with the new product development and launch processes and well versed with basic analytical and microbiological laboratory techniques..
