Iam,Jyothylakshmy Rajan, I hold an M.Phil. In Biotechnology from Nehru Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Marthoma College, Thiruvalla. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Sree Narayana Guru College, Coimbatore, where I actively engage in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, curriculum development, and academic mentorship. My academic projects—including studies on the phytochemical and anticancer properties of Cinchona officinalis and the antioxidant potential of Myristica malabarica—reflect my research-oriented mindset and commitment to scientific advancement. I have also presented papers at national conferences and participated in numerous seminars and workshops, which have further enriched my academic and professional development. In addition to my research credentials, I am a dedicated educator with experience teaching a wide range of subjects such as Biochemistry, rDNA Technology, Endocrinology, and Plant Molecular Biotechnology. I am passionate about nurturing young minds and fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. My leadership as a magazine editor and event organizer showcases my ability to collaborate and lead within academic settings.
