microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to detect and quantify bacterial, fungal, and viral contaminants. 2- Utilize a variety of techniques including culturing and microscopy to identify and characterize microorganisms present in products. 3- Monitor and assess microbial growth, spoilage, and pathogenic organisms to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 4- Interpret test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders, including production team, quality assurance teams, and management. 5- Develop and validate testing methodologies for specific microorganisms relevant to our industry. 6- Implement and oversee Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and other food safety programs to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
