o Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet demand forecasts. o Ensure production deadlines are met while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste. o Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary. o Lead and supervise production teams, including machine operators, line workers, and technicians. o Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team productivity. o Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain high-quality control throughout the production process. o Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime. o Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure raw materials, spices, and packaging supplies are available for production. o Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages. o Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. o Conduct safety training sessions and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols. o Ensure compliance with food safety standards, such as HACCP, FSSC 22000, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
