The candidate should have strong leadership skills and good knowledge of restaurant operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise and manage stewards & service staff Ensure smooth floor operations during service hours Welcome and assist guests professionally Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with kitchen and billing team Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards Train and guide junior staff Ensure high-quality customer service at all times Maintain daily sales and service reports Key Skills Required: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication skills Good knowledge of food & beverage service Problem-solving ability Smart, confident & well-groomed personality Ability to work under pressure
