About jobseeker : The postgraduate degree titles as Masters of Fisheries Science Seafood Safety and Trade. The masters covered specialization in seafoods, processing of seafood, analytical and technical aspects of seafood, microbiology and preservation techniques. The field of study also focused on Managerial skills required in a plant, HACCP implementation, Business and Trade basics. I have completed my graduation from Delhi University in B.Sc. Food Technology student. Academic focus is on food sciences(chemistry, microbiology and nutrition), food safety, quality management, food engineering, food preservation technology, packaging technology and entrepreneurship. Beyond academics familiarized in safety regulatory testing at international laboratory, exposure in content writing related to university activities, earned certificates in food and beverage management from Bocconi university. Career focus is in food industry to serve and support communities better living.
