About jobseeker : I am an enthusiastic quick learner, currently in my final year of MSc Food Technology, I have attained a certification in the advanced course of FoSTaC-FSSAI, HACCP-level 4 by MSME, I have completed my internship at NABL accredited laboratory, Bureau Veritas India pvt ltd, also have done an online internship with space food club for the understanding of space food for astronauts, I have a keen knowledge on the sample preparation like pesticide residue, ethylene oxide, EIC method for shrimp and crab, preservatives, color and antioxidants for the instrument such as HPLC, GCMS, LCMS, ICP-MS, proximate analysis of food products like protein, fat, moisture, metals like sodium and potassium in flame spectrometer, dietary fiber, crude fiber, etc.
