About jobseeker : I am a food science professional currently completing my M.Sc. at Mount Carmel College. I’ve spent time on the production floor at Milky Mist Dairy, where I focused on quality management and keeping things up to FSSAI and GMP standards. I’m also very comfortable in the lab, whether it’s performing protein analysis via Kjeldahl or using a spectrophotometer to ensure product consistency. I enjoy the challenge of balancing technical safety protocols with the goal of getting great products to consumers, and I’m looking for a team where I can put my lab and production experience to work.
